For at the Resurrection they will neither marry nor be given in marriage, but will be as angels of God in heaven. He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. And when the crowds heard this, they marveled at His teaching. But the Pharisees, hearing that He had silenced the Sadducees, gathered together. And one of them, a doctor of the Law, putting Him to the test, asked Him, Master, which is the great commandment in the Law? Jesus said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with your whole heart, and with your whole soul, and with your whole mind.’ This is the greatest and the first commandment. And the second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.

Quis ascéndet in montem Dómini, aut quis stabit in loco sancto ejus? Innocens mánibus, et mundo corde.

Who can ascend the mountain of the Lord? or who may stand in His holy place? He whose hands are sinless, whose heart is clean.

Make us take our place, O Lord, at Your heavenly banquet clothed in the wedding-garment which the loving preparation and constant tears of blessed Aloysius adorned with precious pearls.
